We are looking for a caring, reliable and down-to-earth Support Worker to join our Supported Independent Living team in Nowra. This role suits someone who can bring calm energy, practical support and genuine respect into the home, while helping participants build confidence, routine and independence in everyday life.

You will be supporting participants with daily living tasks, community access, personal routines and goal-focused support. Experience is valued, but the right attitude, consistency and willingness to learn matter just as much.

We are welcoming expressions of interest from Behaviour Support Practitioners at Core, Proficient, Advanced or Specialist level who are looking for flexible subcontracting opportunities. This role is suited to practitioners who value person-centred practice, clear communication, ethical behaviour support and practical strategies that work in real life.

You will work with participants, families and support teams to complete assessments, develop behaviour support plans and support implementation across home, school, community or supported living environments. Remote and hybrid opportunities are available Australia wide, with clinical support and collaboration provided through our Lead Practitioner model, if needed.
